Yucca Mountain will only accept 2,500 - 3,000 tonnes of nuclear waste annually out of 10,000 tonnes produced worldwide. It will only hold 70,000 tonnes. So not only is it inadequate on an annual basis, but it will also be completely full in less than 30 years. What then? What now???
