I was mostly "just joking" about these SUV's, as I don't really believe there are any stormtroopers around.
However, it is always good to observe what IS possible, and to keep an eye on it.
Riot control should be left to the National Guard perhaps.
However, smaller "security" forces that answer only to the federal government (or say the current administration and any new "security" details they care to create), are a little scary.
