<Major researchers have this to offer:
"A Helicopter was hovering over the field at around 3 am that night. Nobody but military flies at that time of night in that area.
A 'device' was found in the formation and thought to be a tracking device (now being checked out).
I have a feeling that the military are behind this one but lots more data needed first.
Helicopter seen over the area (if true) was obviously observing the pic. that is the only "obvious" thing about the event.
That military fly over the area at that time of night implies that military fly over the area at that time of night. Nothing more. If a private helicopter was used to verify the job as completed, then a private helicopter would have been in the area at that time of night as well.
"Tracking devices" are sold on the open market, and would be helpful for the hoaxters to check their trampling positions on the ground. Dropping one in error is called leaving evidence at the scene. It happens.
Dan (conclusion: must be military -- or not)
