. . . but whether from the ground or with aircraft assist (i.e., sat-mapping the project as step 1 to the preplan), likely either a college prank, or high school prank with designs on college.
Last years' end-of-season blow-out circle was the "face" at Chilbolton, along with the "answer" in code for the code WE sent out on one of our solar system probes. We also beamed the message out of Arecibo.
The most likely culprits to have this data would -- nasty ol’ Earthers.
