Too bad we can't even enforce this in my classes today. Someone ALWAYS has some stupid "valid" excuse to have a cell phone or beeper in class.

You're in school a few hours a day. Either you have time for it or you don't.

I can't see any valid legal arguments against broad spectrum jammers in a classroom, theater, LIBRARY (of all freakin' places)...
