When a poor kid dies for Iraqi oil, he dies protecting how much of his parents property, and how much of GWB's property?

Should his parents pay the same to protect their $500,000 as GHWB and Barbara pay to have their $500 million protected? I mean, shouldn't someone with, say, $500 million pay more in insurance than someone with $500 thousand?

Or should they pay the same? Or, through shelters, should they pay less, or nothing?

Get serious. It's a system, and the people who have the most should pay for it. That do mean the rich, though they are averse to paying for anything. Expect the poor to carry them along.
