Yes, I agree completely.
However, even more difficult than losing the weight is losing the lifestyle which leads to the extra pounds, and even more difficult than ditching the lifestyle is ditching the attitude which leads to the lifestyle.
Btw, Mom was a career gal and single (divorced) parent of three. She was always slender, and still is.
