They keep moving the bar. When Bush gets a UN mandate instead of war before election day, they deny they ever said that or they say he was forced to fall back.

If we roll over Iraq in 48 hours and don't take a dime for our trouble they will say Iraq was never the target. It's Iran the evil Republicans are after. I have no doubt that they are setting up the Iran scenario to be ready for the expected victory in Iraq.

They have no shame and they will not be embarrassed by past mistakes and humiliations.

Really now, how many of them will be disappointed if Saddam disarms and there are no civilain casualties to blame on the USA. Some folks claim to hate war but they love death, at home or abroad as long as they can make political hay of it.
