For a good time, do a Google search on "Death to Palestine," and compare the number of returns with a search on "Death to Israel." Not a decisive statistic, of course, but interesting.
If the Palestinians stop the suicide bombing, which raised their kill ration to 3 to 1, they go back to 25 to one losses.
This figure is somewhat misleading. Granted, more Palestinians have died than Israelis, but how many of them were shooting at the Israelis at the time?
Some figures can be found here, for the current intifada. The raw numbers confirm the 3 to 1 ratio you mention for recent fighting.
Another chart shows deaths since 1987. The statistics over this period of time appears to be by my count about 2,329 Palestinians and 666 Israelis killed, or a ratio of about 3.5 to 1. Could you come up with a reference for the 25 to 1 figure you use? How far back does it go?
What is not indicated is how many Palestinians were fighting at the time they were killed. Note that Israeli victims are divided into civilians and soldiers. Palestinians are not. and rarely are. How many "civilians" were shooting at Israeli soldiers? How many teenagers and kids were throwing rocks or worse at Israeli soldiers? Unknown. The lack of this additional information is noted by the organization.
To be fair, many Palestinians on this list have to be innocent bystanders. I doubt that baby girls were shooting at soldiers. Also to be fair, I don't consider rockthrowing to be a capital offense unless the targets are severely outnumbered and unprotected. No one should be shot for throwing a rock at a tank.
That being said, I still say there's a difference in a kid being hit by a stray Israeli bullet during a firefight, and a kid being blown up at an ice cream store by someone who walked in with that specific intent. But that difference is in the moral status of the attackers. To the parents of the victims, I doubt that the difference is important.

Really? Then why are any left?
