The Palestinians could stop this in sixty seconds by simply not sneaking into Israel and blowing innocent civilians up any more. Terrorists do this knowing full well that their families and neighbors will suffer the consequences after their own deaths.

Terrorism not only pisses the Israelis off, it doesn't even accomplish anything close to achieving any Palestinian goals, whether it's simply independence for some, or the extinction of Israel for others.

Either Arafat cannot control these murderers, or he's behind them. Either way, some new leadership is needed for the Palestinian people. Badly.
