Noise
I love the sound of fighter jets. I think my favorite is the F-15. My brother and I saw one perform at the Abbottsford Airshow this year.
We paid the extra seven bucks for runway seating.
The pilot came in low and went vertical at show center right in front us. It was the kind of "roar" that reverberates in your chest. I looked over at my brother and we were both grinning from ear to ear.
Speaking of ears, I saw a harrier perform at the Paine Field International show in 1990.
It was the only time I have ever covered my ears at an airshow.
