In the pacific northwest when one lives among the trees, many inhabitants often suffer a chronic, yet mild case of oxygen poisoning.
This affects the abilities of the enzymes in the brain to work properly and so thinking processes are often impaired.
The depression rate in these regions is about ten times the average, due in part to this very underreported health threat.
If the air we breathe is normally 21% oxygen - any adjustment (higher or lower) in this rate will influence our bodies and cells. Too much oxygen eventually causes epileptic type fits and convulsions.
Symptoms may include: depression, paranoia, irrationality, fussiness, irritability, supporting communism, teach-ins etc.
It may explain a lot of what we see here.
