One size fits all doesn't work any better for foreign policy than it does for clothing or education. The nuclear nonproliferation regime is in shambles because countries like North Korea lied and broke their agreements, but then in Sheer's locoworld that makes us the bad guys.
If a country already has nuclear weapons, and it appears North Korea does along with the means to deliver them, then you have to deal with them differently than you do with countries like Iraq that are trying to get them. It's so blatantly obvious, but then to political whores like Sheer, anything that Bush does must automatically be wrong. There's a reason why Bush is in the White House and Sheer writes his little columns for the LA Times. No one in their right mind would put Sheer in charge of anything important.
