Like I said after my exhibition of terrible spelling, whenever I do something bad I just read something bowser writes and see how much worse it could be.
He knows what Rumsfeld was saying because it is very clear what he meant: The high turnover due to short term service in the period of the draft left the military less effective. Not less honorable just less effective than the all volunteer force we have today.
But reading entire articles, much less reading for comprehension, is way too much to expect from him.
It would interfere with his pose.
