The Chickenhawks
Rumsfeld didn't serve; neither did Chaney, Perle, or Ashcroft. That's why they richly deserve the derisive moniker - chickenhawks.
They're all the hawks now from their perches far behind the front lines, but they were all chickens when their day to serve was at hand.
