You need more mulberry trees
The building where I used to work had a parking lot edged by them.
In late spring, people would emerge to the unlovely sight of pink and purple spatterings upon their cars that looked like the results of bombardment by miniature paintballs. Corrosive stuff, too.
The car wash two blocks away did very good business.
