I support mandatory jail time for anyone involved in in any kind of accident involving drugs or alcohol, fatal or not.

On the other hand there are many people cited for DUI that don't' deserve the pentalties imposed. They need to revamp the testing/enforcement procedure and emphasize individual acuity versus arbitrary blood alcohol level.
