I wish Rush the best of luck with his medical problems, though I do think it would be OK if he lost his voice. Moreover, I think the man is awfully sensitive for a guy who shows a photo of a 13-year-old Chelsea Clinton on television and asks, "Did you know there's a White House dog?" But that doesn't make it right and what I said was silly.
Clooney - pretty poor taste and not funny. I don't pay attention to the gushings of Hollywood types as much as you do and so missed it. Otherwise I'd have condemned it from the mountaintops.
