Something WAS wrong with his national press conference.
If he wasn't using an earpiece and a teleprompter (so as NOT to flub the answers to the pre-directed qustions), then he HAS to be on something.
His behaviour WAS obvious to many.
Hell, my MOTHER even called me the next day to ask me what was wrong with him ("Is he on drugs?"), and my mom doesn't miss anything!
