Maybe this makes sense.
The Prez is
a) reverting and showing signs of infantilism.
b) still too young but Alzheimers might be the
concluding event in his elder years.
c) maybe on an "Ethanol Hook", "Al-Cool".
d) reliving the "Cuban Crisis".

Just an off-the-wall comment, but I should know, I am from another
DIMENSION than HZoners........
Definitinely, he is no "in the middle of a jungle" person but the District is kind of a concrete political jungle.
