About property rights

Wouldn't they fall under, "The pursuit of happiness"? Your free to pursue the ownership of a house, but aren't guaranteed it. Property, like any other possession, is determined by a person's means of acquiring it. The quantity and quality of real-estate is subject to cost, people of better means can afford better property and more of it. This applies to anything, automobiles, boats, furniture, clothes, or whatever else.

As for property being taken by a bank, if a person signs a contract with a bank and fails to live up to their end of the bargain, then it is right and proper for that bank to be reimbursed for the money they are owed. If they didn't, then they wouldn't be in business for long. They are out to make money, not give it away.
