I may have spoken too soon when I said the NAS did not jump the gun (I had been reading the report, and skipped the Summary).

This has me stumped. I have been unable to find any statement in the body of the report that warrants this hard conclusion. The ocean temperature rise since the 1950s is reported as an average 0.09 degrees F(!). I cannot even figure out how you can measure ocean temperature this precisely without random noise lousing you up.

Anybody else think the body of the report shows "the smoking gun" that warrants the execution of the West?
