My prediction for the future is that in 23 years (or 33, or 43, for that matter), All commercial and military aeroplanes will still be fuelled by kerosene.
Hydrogen will be restricted to space-capable craft where the specific impulse requirement beats the danger and cost.
I further predict that over 95% of automobiles will still be hydrocarbon fuelled, even in California.
And if I'm proven wrong I promise to stop posting to this board (in 23 years time, of course). :-)
