Dr Pohl says "In the atmosphere hydrogen disperses very quickly and cannot explode. Tests carried out by NASA have proved this."

Other tests carried out inadvertently by NASA using the Shuttle "Challenger" have proved quite the contrary.

(perhaps there should be some more context to the remark of Dr Pohl about what quantities of Hydrogen he is referring to and the circumstances of the tests)?
