martian water

Fascinating Science.
Now all we need is a rocket design to get it off Mars and into orbit at about 5000 gallons per launch. With enough heat and psi it should be possible to turn water into gaseous oxygen and hydrogen, which should have potential. Perhaps it could even be cooled again and liquified temporarily enough to go hypergolic?
I'm assuming the Mars ship will have two propulsion systems a NERVA component and an MHD-ION component.
Oh well one can dream anyway.
