magnificent show!
Fortunately for once New England skies were relatively clear with high clouds to the SE from my West of Boston suburban back deck. Watched from 4:15 to 5:45. Many bright meteors, most leaving smoke trails. Tended to come in clusters. But 1st I had to chase off the foraging deer, then a skunk. The local coyotes were wailing away throught the early morning hours making an erie musical backdrop to the fireworks. Our neighbors from a few houses away serendipitously dropped by to watch the show.
Absolutely spectacular.
