The specifics about how we run our government is none of Europe's business
nor Asia's, for that matter. Complaining that we aren't appropriating enough to pay for his entertainment is both in bad taste and uncalled for, as is complaining about who gets appointed to the NASA management. These are internal matters for our government and are issues between our voters and political leaders.
It would be just as wrong for Americans to complain about how other countries choose to spend their tax money or who they appoint to government positions. Each country is free to pursue these issues as they see fit. If Raoul and Europe don't like who we put in charge of NASA or which missions get funded, let them raise the revenues to pay for their own programs.
