Got it, Larry. I had to debate with myself on that one for it to make sense. lol
Maybe they'll re-introduce PKE under a different name. :) I'm sure some good, if only on paper, came out of these proposed missions.
Both missions need to fly (sorry, Phil, includes a mission study of Pluto, Charon and that Kuiper belt). Hopefully, VASIMR engineering/technology will be used on those. If it was up to me, (lol) and 'the bus' had enough fuel left over, I'd push that mission out to the Oort Cloud once it had completed the original tasks.
