It doesn't sound all that bad, yes current mission priorities are changing but new technologies and new programs are arising from these ashes.
Nuclear propulsion utilized on a new exploritory program? AWSOME!! it's about time. We're going to explore but with faster voyages and more frequent missions. This sounds positive to me.
