You don't like progressive taxes.
Even a flat tax wouldn't be fair because the wealthy will still pay all the taxes.
What would be fair? We're all equal individuals, why shouldn't we all pay the same amount for government?
You could exempt people making under $25,000 and have a tax rate of 20%. Use this for a benchmark.
$5000 from each and every tax payer. Would this be fair?
Hopefully the wealthy would still contribute to charity if it were no longer a write-off.
