Still think the radius of the centrifuge is too small for good results. Some kind of spinning tether system would work better, but be a lot harder to control and stabilize. Ideally, a dumbbell satellite with a long, rigid truss between the spinning ends would be best, but it would have to be some kind of extendible mast if it was launched on a regular rocket.
