Re: Translife Mission

Ground tests on the potential impact of the coriolis effect have already been conducted. It doesn't seem to be an issue for mice. Any human mission would need a different configuration, but the key issue is the impact of Martian g on bone loss for near term missions and reproduction for long term colonization. These are obviously big questions to answer with regard to the practicality of both. I'm pretty sure the effects 0f 1.0/0.38 will be very different from 1.0/0.0 (there is a big difference between 2.6 and infinity), but hypothesis testing is what science is about.
