Rich Robins and NASA watch

Paul Bennett wrote: Ok, however there is a difference. If Rich Robbins is going around Washington claiming to be
NASA Watch or affiliated with 'the NASA Watch' that people in Washington are familiar with then that's very deceptive.

Chris writes: Only if Robins (single b) is claiming to be Keith Cowing of NASA Watch is he violating laws. Cowing gave us little to no details in his little rant at his NASA Watch site. Might ask your self why he gave no details...

I'm betting Robins uses NASAWATCH.INFO on all his badges with "Rich Robins" as his name.

Paul Bennett wrote: It 's like saying I am the CEO of Microsoft. It's wrong.

Chris writes: No, it is not! I don't agree with what Robins is doing, but it is not theft of copyright or identity! Anyone who says otherwise should show evidence of Cowing's ownership of NASA Watch in all forms.

Paul Bennett wrote: And there is a case for theft if he is trying to build upon the name of another company. In either case it makes Rich Robbins look stupid and he can't be taken seriously. If he wanted to be taken seriously he would build on his own name and work.

Chris writes: You are wrong, NASA Watch would have to suffer lose of something of value. Cowing's good name is not of great value nor is NASA Watch of any importance except to people unable to read between the lines. I've issues with Cowing over his personality and lack of honor, but would never bother to do anything like Robins is doing. It's pointless and silly.
