Re: Has Robbins ever failed to include

I are missing the point.
For instance, my handle is gbaikie: Geoffrey Baikie.
It's not trademarked or copyrighted, nor you I intend to get it trademarked or copyrighted. But it still is (to some degree) trademarked or copyrighted. It's an unique identity I use, and by my use I'm placing "some ownership" on that label. If someone starts posting with my handle whether this would "bother me" would depend on why the person is using this handle.
If the person's name was George Baikie or Gosh B. Aikie, then of course I couldn't have much to be "bothered about". It would be rather self centered if I imagined this guy was trying to steal my identity.
Robbins use of NASA Watch wasn't an accident, the name choice was a because Keith's work is associated with NASA Watch, and Robbin intending on stealing this identity by using a loophole. If you want to argue endless about "loopholes" then you must a be lawyer or a wannabe lawyer.
The point of the laws about trademarked or copyrighted is protecting a label- which is property. Only the twisted want to steal property because maybe they can get away with it. There's of course no shortage of people who want to steal things because they can get away with it- check out any riot. Any lawyer stealing during a riot, shouldn't advertise they stole something in a riot- one, they could be charged with stealing, second doesn't help the image of all the other lawyers (there is some idea about upholding the law- I know it's strange concept:).
