I think you're missing the point. Rich Robbins is trying to build upon the NASA Watch name that Keith Cowing has built. To me that makes Robbins a leech. I don't know Robbins or Cowing. But I recognize when someone is trying to take advantage of something someone else built. If Robbins was smart he would drop his use of NASA Watch and build his own brand. From a legal perspective Robbins does not have a leg to stand on. I'm not a lawyer but I do have an MBA and have dealt with these issues before. If a legal challenge was to happen Cowing would win.
