Yes, the opposite goes for living (a decade) in MN where heat, heavy clothing, etc is a must for survival. Facial sunscreen is still needed if you go outdoors in subzero weather on a sunny day, but it's been known to encourage frost bite due to its moisture content. *g* Thicker lotions with a high content of zinc oxide are recommended....
Only peeve: I'd rather drive a snowmobile than a car over that snow. :) Overall, a beautiful and wonderful place (so are the people).
