I'm out in Arizona a little over a year - near Phoenix and ASU (one of the finest and busiest astrophysics campuses around) and where the observing is simply spectacular.
It's hot though - the past week has been 112 - but my blood is thinning out and it seems to be like 98... ;-)
You can't help but think about the sun here - which is good and bad...
