I welcome your more enlightened and mre educated response than that of 'doubter', but I think there are geometric configurations for LEO-based
deep-space launches that take into consideration your...objections.
ALSO!...The moon's gravity is not to be despised when it comes to redirecting
interplanetary trajectories to either above or below the ecliptic plane
It's amazing what these deepspace navigation specialists can come up with these days, and that without a mainframe
CRAY computer.
