Is anybody buying this?

Abbreviated it comes up B&S or simply just BS.
It may be a military craft but it sure is not a blimp.
Large black blimps have about a zero percent usefulness to the military.
The cost versus the loss ratio of these things in a combat zone would be astronomical.
The electrokinetic propulsion bit also has the distinct aromatic farm odor.
Oh well...some things are better left unknown ;-)
