I've contributed some serious coin to Space Studies Institute as a senior associate (allows you to contribute more $) for almost 20 years before drifting away while unemployed a couple years ago. Despite the vicious commentary here about my half Scottish ancestry, I would readily contribute 3 figures annualy to a viable space org that really got things done. I'm still a Plan Soc member, mostly out of guilt & habit.
