Re: ttttt .... everything is relative

I read an article in Ciel et Espace about the re-discovery of Apollo 12's SIVB stage, orbiting the earth every 50 days. The magazine called it "debris"; I call it "relic".

When you have a bright morning, you see a brilliant star in the sky. It's planet Venus. Venus is the goddess of Love and beauty. But closer, we understand the planet is extremely hot, with an unbearably dense atmosphere and no landscape to see from space, in short Venus is "Hell!"

The Moon has fantastic landscapes, allowing astronauts to see clear details miles and miles around them, but the hills have 26 degrees slopes, not much more, there are no colors and it's barren.
The Moon is monotonous and frozen in time.

When we look at a sunset, it provides us with grat colors, but the Sun is far too hot, nearby and cannot be landed on.

When we look at M42 or M51 or M33, we mainly see the most brilliant stars...They are far more lethal than our own sun, will die much earlier because they are so active and by dying, will send lethal radiations destroying any life forms dozens of lightyears around.

Space is relative
