I agree entirely with your post, Robert, which I did miss.

I'm not claiming "motion blur" anywhere. What I am pointing out is the thin dark "threads" that cut sharply across snowfields in gullies.

Since the snow is not water ice but CO2 ice at ~147 K (I have simultaneous TES temperature readings to prove this), then the flow material cannot be aqueous.
