Once you people get a viable structural system up there in space ( away from Mother's womb ) instead of more Satellite Debris, make sure that it is functional as a human habitat. That is "protective against all harmfull EM radiations".
People need MEAT, right ? I would suggest motorized Meat racks on the exterior that would be constantly oriented towards the Sun. Throw in some Hickery smokers so the Astronuts can make there own Beef Jerky.

When was the last time you discovered in a grocery store a food product labelled with the symbol indicating that the food has been treated with ionizing radiation ?
