Bingo! The private sector!
Oh how I wish that NASA engineers
wouldn't be so averse to designing space-systems that would use
off-the-shelf hardware, instead of
them contemptuously referring to it
as 'obsolete technology'!
Alas, it's only the engineers working
for the private sector "Space Projects"
[X-Prize, etc] who have no problems with using "dated", off-the-shelf space hardware.
That's the way it appears to me.
