I can think of several design improvements on NASA...like LEAD, FOLLOW or GET THE freek OUT OF THE WAY of private enterprise. If only NASA could become an enabling entity for, private enterprise, and not a stifling bureaucracy.
Tom I know of your involvement with RR in the past... but can ya disclose what your working on now? People wana know.
