And I might say, I am proud to be lumped with the likes of Margaret Thatcher.

Whoa......down there, son!
Since when are teachers in a free society "socialists"?
You depend a lot on labels.....better to tone down your language or be associated with that there Tory Brosz!
And what makes you think they're miserable....because in YOUR mind you think that they are socialists??
I'll bet you thought Jane Fonda was miserable too (my apologies to the aging Barberella......)

Many teachers--college professors to be precise--are socialist because they are. If you ask them, they say "I am a socialist," although they usually use the current code word, "progressive." They support socialist nations, espouse socialist principles, read socialist books and force their students to read them, write socialist articles for magazines, spit on conservative values, and teach children that the U.S. is the focus of evil in this world. And what the hell being in a "free society" has to do with it, I don't know. Unless it's because our society is free that those people who advocate its destruction can safely teach such things to our kids.

You don't want to know what I think of Jane Fonda.

Any other questions?

Just out of curiousity, where did YOU go to college?
