Can you truly say that you do not foresee the possibility of folks like OBL having access to medium-long range missiles in 10-20 years?
I was on the bubble re NDM before 911. I now see it as a necessity for all nations, including Belgium.
I assume you will say, why use missiles when they can just come here and do whatever they like? I believe they will use the method most likely to succeed. With increased security, missiles might become the better way.
