Here's a question
What if an irresponsible reporter writes something that gets people killed? It doesn't necessarily have to be a military case. For example, what if the reporter broke the cover of an undercover police officer resulting in his death. Is there any legal recourse? I honestly don't know but suspect it'd be an interesting case.
