Putin is an evil, evil man who CUT taxes and whoa! his govt revenue increased!
How could that happen?
Meanwhile while the West is in a recession, Russia's GNP is projected to grow 5% this year.

Mack Reynolds wrote social sci-fi in Analog in the 60s whose premise was that the US of 2000 was socialist and the Russkies were capatilist. Hm-m-m.
