Let me say that again: I never disputed whether tax cuts can raise GDP.

I do dispute that without reasoned analysis, no one can attribute anything as being caused by tax cuts or anything else.

Timing for example. How much of these cuts have actually taken effect yet? If they are all in, then have they been in long enough for reasonable people to think they could have had any effect at all yet?

I'm just asking if you guys, have any actual information on the Russian cuts and the Russian economy to go on or if you are basing your opinions solely on belief.

I don't get why that is such a frightening question.
